This survey captures the vision and goals of residents of Coutts, identifies issues and concerns, and will inform policy and direction in the forthcoming Village of Coutts Municipal Development Plan. In the interest of transparency and to further community discussion the results of the survey are posted here . Working with the results of the survey, and public meetings, the new Coutts Municipal Development Plan Bylaw 570 was passed in March of 2020. Acting on the recommendations of the survey and plan, Bylaw 578 regarding Dangerous and Unsightly Property was passed in April of 2021. The County of Warner and the Village passed an Intermunicipal Development Plan Warner County & Coutts Intermunicipal Development Plan Bylaw No 954-19 & 573 in March of 2020.
