Coutts Community Library Our community library is part of the Chinook Arch Regional Library system giving patrons access to 27 libraries across Southern Alberta. Hours : 2:00-7:00 pm Tuesdays 10:30 am-2:30 pm Wednesdays 2:00-7:00 pm Thursdays Coutts Recreation and Arts Society Buy your annual memberships at the Village office. Read about the Society and download an application form here! You will require Adobe Reader. Family $130 Couple $100 Single $60 Recreational Facilities The Historic Coutts Village School, operated by the Coutts Recreation and Arts Society (CRAS) features a full wood floored gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, pibadminton, floor hockey or any other indoor sports you can think of, a stage for plays, speaking events, entertainers and a workout room with various machines for year round exercising. There are also classrooms available which can be used for art or craft studios and work space, and a kitchen. There is a large outdoor playground here as well and a soccer field.
